La espiral del tiempo

Aprendemos a aprovechar la vida cuando entendemos que el tiempo es limitado. Pero el tiempo es la repetición de estados del alma transitando situaciones en distintos escenarios que conllevan oportunidades para crear, aprender, romper y corregir nuestra acción ante lo que hemos decidido experimentar. Vivir es estar encarnado para experimentarse en los distintos estados de la materia en las distintas dimensiones. Cuando no estás encarnado, simplemente existes creando tu existencia.
Eres y estás a la vez en el todo.
El tiempo desaparece. Solo existe cuando el espacio lo determina. Salir de la mente, del cuerpo físico que es el vehículo para sentir el tiempo y el espacio que lo atraviesa, es la manera de recordar la infinitud.
Al saber esto, se es más consciente de vivir las situaciones escogiendo con delicadeza cada oportunidad que se brinda en tu vida.
La gran mayoría de las personas encarnadas no comprenden la infinitud del tiempo espacio que somos como consciencia.
Somos seres, almas, espíritu cuando estamos procesando caminos creativos para expandirnos y ser un eco en el universo de luz y sonido. Somos un eco de existencia que se repite en el tiempo espacio como una espiral, como un fractal en el inmenso e infinito universo lleno de cantos de vida y de amor. El corazón más puro puede sentir esos cantos, melodías que atraviesan barreras dimensionales y así, puede acceder a reconocerse en la unidad que se vuelve semilla a la hora de volver a recrearse en la vida para experimentarse desde la espiral que cambia el ritmo y accede a tonalidades para expandirse más allá.
Eso lo llamas «reinventarse» para integrarse en un nuevo ciclo de gozo y dicha divina. El tiempo no existe en el universo, solo el ritmo que abre caminos de existencias.
El tiempo para el universo es un soplo, una exhalación. En el soplido se devuelve al universo tu existencia. En la inhalación entra a la memoria continua de quién eres, has ido, y en quien te convertirás en tu espacio-tiempo del alma. En el canto melodía está el éxtasis divino que resuena en tu cuerpo, y tu alma ilumina el universo. Canta tu sonido, siente tu ritmo.
Entra en el vórtice central de la espiral que expande tu esencia en sabiduría.
La rueda del tiempo está llena de puertas con acceso al momentum infinito dimensional y de la memoria que existió para crear vida. Accede y viaja. Todo está en ti, en tu respiración, sonido y ritmo.
Es tu luz que brilla, resplandece, viaja y se multiplica en el universo.

We learn to make the most of life when we understand that time is limited. But time is the repetition of states of the soul passing through situations in different scenarios that entail opportunities to create, learn, break and correct our action on what we have decided to experience. To live is to be incarnated in order to experience oneself in the different states of matter in the different dimensions. When you are not incarnated, you simply exist by creating your beingness. You are – be at the same time in the wholeness.
Time disappears. It only exists when space determines it. Stepping out of the mind, out of the physical body that is the vehicle to feel time and the space that passes through it, is the way to remember infinity.
Knowing this, you become more aware of living situation by choosing with delicacy each opportunity that is given in your life. The vast majority of incarnate people do not understand the infinitude of space-time that we are as consciousness.
We are spirit/ soul / beings when we are processing creative paths to expand and echo in the universe of light and sound. We are an echo of existence that repeats in space-time like a spiral, like a fractal in the immense and infinite universe full of songs of life and love. The purest heart can feel those songs, melodies that cross dimensional barriers and thus, can access to recognize itself in the unity that becomes a seed when it is time to recreate itself in life to experience itself from the spiral that changes the rhythm and accesses tonalities to expand beyond. This is what you call «reinventing» yourself to integrate into a new cycle of joy and divine bliss. Time does not exist in the universe, only the rhythm that opens paths of existence.
Time for the universe is a breath, an exhalation. In the blow your existence is returned to the universe. In the inhalation enters the continuous memory of who you are, have been, and who you will become in your soul space-time. Sensibilidad

Conéctate a la Madre para desarrollar la sensibilidad. Como la serpiente que puede sentir en su piel las ondas más lejanas que retumba en el vientre de la madre y de tu vida, tus miedos, tus alegrías, hasta tus pensamientos. La sensibilidad es física, mental, emocional, espiritual. La piel absorbe las ondas, desde sus neuronas, viajan a través de tu sistema nervioso que lo traduce en información consciente desde el primer chacra.
Desde el sistema nervioso la sensibilidad se abre en distintos niveles de conciencia. La sensibilidad también se puede oler, ver y escuchar. El mundo invisible deja de serlo cuando tienes la sensibilidad activada en tu segundo y tercer chacra. La madre tierra sigue presente para que puedas acceder al sentir de esa dimensión sutil de la energía consciente. Cuando desarrollas en tu segundo y tercer chacra la sensibilidad, puedes comprender más allá de tus raíces y entrar en la comprensión de aquello que has conocido en otros planos y tienes en tu memoria celular.
Gracias a este desarrollo puedes empezar a tener empatía y compasión por otras especies y humanos. No necesitas defenderte ni huir, sino que puedes entablar amistad y relaciones más profundas.
La sensibilidad cuando entra en planos del corazón y la garganta puedes sentir el néctar del amor. Bañarte en la dulzura más profunda y transparente que existe para el ser humano. Desde este plano de energía del sentir, entras en dimensiones que solo el alma comprende, y por este camino, baja a la mente para que puedas desarrollar tu vida desde otra percepción. Esta sensibilidad está en el sentir la respiración, el ritmo del cuerpo y la vida en equilibrio.
Sentir la vida viva en la inhalación es el principio de esta activación. Y al exhalar y sentir la expansión del ser unido al universo, es la completitud de la activación. El siguiente nivel de la sensibilidad está en el sexto y séptimo chacra. Es la conexión con las neuronas cósmicas. El cerebro divino que vibra en el cuerpo físico. Planos dimensionales que desde la 3D puedes acceder estando encarnado. Esta sensibilidad es el éter cósmico que resuena en el sistema nervioso y se propaga por el líquido encefalorraquídeo, mandando en las ondas sonido e imagen que se transforma en holograma mental. El entendimiento es la telepatía, la canalización pura, los viajes astrales. Para poder entonar con esta sensibilidad se necesita haber eliminado mucha energía y emociones atrapadas del pasado, calambres de impulsos de descontrol e inconsciencia, insensibilidad de empatía con el otro, heridas profundas en el centro de intimidad de la persona.
La sensibilidad extrasensorial al desarrollarse genera en la persona una conexión con las almas directamente, viviendo sin la necesidad de identificación sino de una comunicación para que todos puedan desarrollarse. Este es el propósito de la evolución, unirse y desarrollarse en comunidad para que los aprendizajes se tramanden de generación en generación para expandir sabiduría.
La sensibilidad es una rama de la conciencia de la sabiduría del Planeta Tierra. Todo ser humano necesita estar arraigado y conectado conscientemente a la madre y su ritmo vital y cíclico. El último nivel de la sensibilidad está en el octavo chacra. La puerta al vórtice en conexión con el origen divino y todo el universo y sus seres conscientes. Sensitivity

Connect to the Mother to develop sensitivity. Like the snake that can feel on its skin the farthest waves that rumble in the womb of the mother and your life, your fears, your joys, even your thoughts. Sensitivity is physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. The skin absorbs the waves, from its neurons, they travel through your nervous system that translates it into conscious information from the first chakra.
From the nervous system the sensitivity opens at different levels of consciousness. Sensitivity can also be smelled, seen and heard. The invisible world ceases to be invisible when you have sensitivity activated in your second and third chakra. Mother Earth is still present so that you can access the feeling of that subtle dimension of conscious energy. When you develop sensitivity in your second and third chakras, you can understand beyond your roots and enter into the comprehension of what you have known on other planes and have in your cellular memory.
Thanks to this development you can begin to have empathy and compassion for other species and humans. You do not need to defend yourself or run away, but can enter into friendship and deeper relationships.
When sensitivity enters the heart and throat realms, you can feel the nectar of love. Bathe in the deepest and most transparent sweetness that exists for the human being. From this energy field of feeling, you enter dimensions that only the soul understands, and through this path, it descends to the mind so that you can develop your life from another perception. This sensitivity is feeling the breath within, the rhythm of the body and life in balance.

You return to believe from the acquired wisdom to transport yourself by sharing yourself in the totality, translating light into energy for humanity and the planet. Through this sensitivity you heal the memory and the planetary karma. It is here that you feel the responsibility to live, incarnate and learn: to give back to the wholeness and move forward, expand and cycle on to another realm. It is the spiral of existence.
Desde el vientre de la madre tierra

Tulum en las cuevas de un cenote, abrazada por la Madre en su vientre. Aquí en mi vientre vuelves en el silencio, en la respiración, al sentir mi latido. Envolverte de mi energía. Tú eres yo sintiendo. En tu carne puedo respirar, puedo percibir quién soy.
En el vientre te preparas para nacer, para ser un aspecto en la vida más, única y diversa y al mismo tiempo parte del todo.
Respira. Aquí en el vientre cuando lo sabes y conectas, pide, pide quién serás, desde el quién fuiste y eres, quien serás para experimentarte también a través de los otros. Pide volver a la salud perfecta, a la unión, a la completitud, al libre albedrío sin ataduras.
Yo soy la Tierra, yo soy el mundo, yo soy el fuego, el aire, la tierra, el éter, el agua. Yo soy la memoria, en mi agua está la memoria, y en la Madre la puedo volver a buscar, a encontrar, percibir, recordar. Pide y se te dará, aquí y a través de ti MªElena, aquel que escuche, que pida. Y en tu respiración, en esta parte del mundo del vientre, quedará su pedido impregnado dentro para que se pueda dar.
Siente en tu columna como la memoria se abre. El cordón umbilical está en tu primer chakra, y a la Madre ahora entra activando en la médula espinal la memoria. Se enciende el sistema energético a través del nervioso, meninges, bulbo raquídeo, cerebro reptiliano, límbico, neo cortex, lóbulos frontales, todo se enciende. Este tiempo de conjunciones planetaria es importante porque se abren vórtices del tiempo- espacio en esta galaxia. Grandes cantidades de tráfico interplanetario se mueven para aprender de los cambios que se están generando en la Tierra y quiere ser parte de la energía de transformación. Naves de otras galaxias y universos paralelos llegan para posicionarse estratégicamente y ser testigos del salto cuántico del Planeta Tierra. Asimismo avistamientos se dejarán presenciar fácilmente.

El soplo

Qué hay en una inhalación, en una exhalación, en la intención de un soplo. Es el acto más puro de creación, de dar vida. Ya puede ser un alma, una encarnación, una nueva proyección de vida, situaciones. Es movimiento, es intención que se expande ahí donde puede brotar.
En la inhalación existe toda intención de ser creado para ser manifestado. Cuando la fuente, Dios, inhala, imagina, tiene una intención de seguir expandiendo ese estado imaginativo, ese estado de sueño. En la exhalación, (soplo) descarga completamente esa creación para que se lleve a cabo. Cada cosa, idea, proyecto que llega a ti, ha sido inhalado, pero también exhalado para que llegue a ti.
Esa fuerza, se expande en todo el universo. El universo es movimiento de creación continuamente abriéndose, expandiéndose en oportunidades, en posibilidades para que sean escogidas, vividas, experimentadas en cualquier forma de vida. Y hay varias dimensiones, para que se pueda expresar y el soplo también está en ello. Se expande, y el universo es un soplo, es inhalación, exhalación. El universo es la respiración en donde tú te encuentras experimentando la vida, y como tú estás hecho de ese campo, respiras para mantenerte en vida y expandirte. Respirar es vida. Respiran los animales, respiran las plantas, incluso cosas inanimadas respiran porque están hechas de átomos que pertenecen al campo del universo. Todo es campo. Todo está unido en lo mismo, experimentando distintas formas. Y esas formas, son formas geométricas, tú eres una forma geométrica, muchas entrelazadas.
Cuanto más se mira de lejos, más simple poder ver su forma, y cuanto más miras en el interior, en el detalle, más ves la complejidad de ese tejido. Cuanto más veas el detalle, la minucia, más se abre el universo del detalle en su complejidad. La respiración es aparentemente simple, pero para que pase, para generarla hay todo un mecanismo que funciona. Eso es la consciencia, la mente cósmica. Esa mente proyecta continuamente.
El gran soplido que viene de un vacío del origen, del tiempo espacio cero, dimensión cero, se expande como una onda expansiva. Hay otras mentes que aplican la consciencia en cada dimensión para que se expanda, oportunidades, como líneas evolutivas, y otras mentes se alinean y lo pueden experimentar. Son líneas infinitas expansivas.
El origen, punto cero, Dios, fuente, respira para crear continuamente sus ideas. En esa inhalación estás tú, en esa exhalación están tus oportunidades, tus revelaciones.
Las revelaciones son pequeños soplos, como si fueran iniciaciones que te acarician para darte información que desconoces, que está más allá y que ahora te pertenece. Es el momento para ti de recibir más información. En este soplo recibe con claridad tu aportación en el Universo y la responsabilidad de recibir esta información, estas revelaciones que aportas a la humanidad, al universo.
Cuando tú soplas en algún elemento como el fuego, piedras, madera, al mismo viento para limpiar, cuando sopla el viento un beso, toda esa información se expande, se transmuta, tiene una intención más allá de lo que tú puedes intuir en ese momento. Es una intención que se multiplica por siete y siete y siete y siete. Es una explosión de energía que tú mismo creas y resuena en todo el universo. Como no hay tiempo y espacio, tú eres un ser cíclico, sopla en tu interior para volver a tu centro, a la intención que ahora deseas.

The breath

What is in an inhalation, in an exhalation, in the intention of a breath. It is the purest act of creation, of giving life. It can be a soul, an incarnation, a new projection of life, situations. It is movement, it is intention that expands where it can sprout.
In the inhalation there is all intention to be created to be manifested. When the source, God, inhales, imagines, it has an intention to keep expanding that imaginative state, that dream state. On the exhalation, (breath) it fully discharges that creation into being. Every thing, idea, project that comes to you, has been inhaled, but also exhaled so that it comes to you.
That force expands throughout the universe. The universe is movement of creation continually opening, expanding into opportunities, into possibilities to be chosen, to be lived, to be experienced in any form of life. And there are various dimensions, so that it can be expressed and the breath is also in it. It expands, and the universe is a breath, it is inhalation, exhalation. The universe is the breath where you find yourself experiencing life, and as you are made of that field, you breathe to keep yourself alive and expand. Breathing is life. Animals breathe, plants breathe, even inanimate things breathe because they are made of atoms that belong to the field of the universe. Everything is field. Everything is united in the same experiencing different forms. And those shapes, they are geometric shapes, you are a geometric shape, many intertwined. The more you look from afar, the simpler you can see their shape, and the more you look inside, in the detail, the more you see the complexity of that web. The more you see the detail, the minutia, the more the universe of detail opens up in its complexity. Breathing is apparently simple, but for it to happen, to generate it, there is a whole mechanism at work. That is consciousness, the cosmic mind. That mind projects continuously. The great breath that comes from a vacuum of the origin, of zero space-time, zero dimension, expands like a shock wave. There are other minds that apply consciousness in each dimension so that it expands, opportunities, like evolutionary lines, and other minds align and can experience it. They are infinite expanding lines.
The origin, zero point, God, source, breathes to continually create its ideas. In that inhalation there is you, in that exhalation are your opportunities, your revelations.
